Abstract:
The United Nations’ Children Fund, UNICEF, has landed in troubled Middle Eastern waters. On June 19, UNICEF swore off any relationship with a controversial Israeli diamond mogul, Lev Leviev, because of his construction of settlements in the Palestinian territories.
