Abstract:
Executives at O, the Oprah Winfrey magazine, refused to speak with a small group of activists regarding Israeli diamantaire Lev Leviev’s involvement in human rights abuses in the Middle East and Africa, according to Rapaport News.
The activists are reported to have an affiliation with Adalah-NY, an advocacy group focused on boycotting Israel and Israeli products, in which its representatives sought to meet executives O executives at the magazine’s headquarters at the Hearst Corporation in Manhattan.
