The government of the United Arab Emirates announced recently that contrary to reports, it has not given a permit to Israeli settlement builder Lev Leviev to open two diamond stores in Dubai. This came after Adalah-NY and its allies in the United States and Palestine alerted authorities to Leviev's activities.

Please join us outside the UAE consulate as we deliver messages from the Palestinian children of Bil'in and Jayyous, where Leviev's companies have built settlements, thanking the government of the Emirates for its principled stand and urging the authorities to keep their word.
