Sat 10/21/06: Immigrant Rights March

MARCH & RALLY for IMMIGRANT RIGHTS

Saturday, October 21st at 1:00 PM

Endorsed by the Ad Hoc Coalition for Justice in the Middle East
MIDDLE EAST CONTINGENT, look for the Palestinian flags in Union Square

We defeated Sensenbrenner last spring, now let's keep fighting for our rights!

When: Saturday October 21st

Where: Union Square rally at 1 PM, march to Times Square at 3 PM!

Now, rather than hear our demands for real immigration reform, politicians are ramming through more laws to deport more people, take away more rights, and cause more deaths at the border.

BRING PICTURES OF YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES AT THE BORDER, BEEN DEPORTED OR DETAINED, OR AFFECTED BY UNJUST LAWS TO PLACE ON A "BORDER WALL OF REMEMBRANCE & RESISTANCE".

In their names, we demand:

Full legalization for all!
An end to deportations, detentions, raids, & police collaboration!
Family reunification!
No more laws that will kill more people at the border!
Rights & protection for all workers!
